Reservation Terms & Conditions

Tour Prices

Prices shown are current at the time of the publication of the brochure or the price-list, which form part of the brochure.  It is therefore subject to change due to increase in airfare, other transportation cost, hotel cost, unfavorable exchange rate etc.  Should these costs change, a surcharge may be made on the price of your vocation.  If the total price increases by more than 10%, passengers will have the right to cancel within 07 days of notification of the surcharge without penalty.

Tour Exclusions

HolidayBagus reserves the right to withdraw tour membership from anyone whose behavior is deemed likely to affect the smooth operation of the tour, or adversely affect the enjoyment or safety of the other passengers, and HolidayBagus shall be under no liability to any such person.

Itinerary Variations

HolidayBagus constantly strive to improve tour itineraries and features.  If such improvement can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary, we reserve the right to vary itineraries and substitute hotels.  At certain peak periods where duplicate departures may operate, sometimes in reserve, in which case hotels may vary from those stated on the tour pages.

Tour Cancellation

HolidayBagus reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control.  Should this occur, we will offer you an alternative arrangement.  If there is a difference in cost, this will be for your account.  If you do not accept this alternative arrangement within 07 days, we may treat this contract as at an end.  We will refund all monies and will then be under no further liability.  HolidayBagus is not responsible for the cost of any other travel arrangement affected due to our cancellations.

Payment
1.
Minimum deposit of 50% of total tour price upon making reservation.
2.
Final payment at least 45 days prior to departure.  If reservation make within 45 days to departure date, minimum 50% as deposit is required.  Balance payment is required upon confirmation of reservation.  
3.
HolidayBagus reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation charges should payments not be received within the above-specified guideline.

Amendment / Cancellation Charges
1.
You may amend / cancel your booking at any time.  Cancellation must be made in writing to avoid any misunderstanding. 
2.
Amendment / cancellation should reach the company at least 30 days prior to departure.  An administration fee of S$50 per person per tour will be levied.  This also applies to amendment / cancellation due to visa rejection by the respective embassies as service has been acted upon.

3.
If your notice of amendment / cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to departure, the following scale of charges will apply:-

13 – 07 days prior to departure  50% of total tour price
06 – 04 working days to departure75% of total tour price
03 working days prior to departure (no show)100% of total tour price
Travel Documents

It is passengers’ responsibility to ensure that they a valid passport with minimum six months validity from the date of departure.  Relevant visas and vaccinations may be required.  Ample time must be given for application of visas prior to departure.  Please note that the issuance of visa is subject to approval by the respective embassies.  You are responsible also for your own eligibility of exit permits for National Service, including those who are now National Servicemen or Reservist. 

Refund of Unused Services

No refund or exchange can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sight-seeing tours, transportation or any other services which are included in the tour fares but not utilized by the tour member.

Insurance

We strongly recommend that all tour participants to purchase travel insurance for trip cancellation, medical and hospitalization expenses, and lost of baggage etc.  Medical or hospitalization charges abroad can be very substantial.  In case of you have to withdraw from a tour after it has begun for reasons such as illness, be sure to obtain a medical certificate in support of any insurance claim.  

Responsibility

HolidayBagus acts only as an agent for the passengers and the service operators.  All travel documents issued subject to the terms, conditions and contracts under which such services are provided.  HolidayBagus is therefore not responsible and expressly disclaim any liability for any injury, illness, damage, lost, delay, accident or irregularities that may caused to person or property.

Complaints/Claims

All claims against HolidayBagus must be made in writing within 02 weeks after the completion of the tour.  All disputes, if any, will subject to the Singapore Court of Law.  All terms and conditions mentioned above cannot be altered or waived except in writing by the General Manager or Director of the Company.
